1. To serve Serenoa in the Architectural Review Committee at the pleasure of the Board of Directors. I will faithfully and diligently uphold the Declarations, Covenants, Conditions, Reservations, Restrictions, By-Laws, Rules, Regulations, Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines of the Serenoa Homeowners’ Association, Inc. to maintain and improve the community of Serenoa.
